- In April 2004, PJJ together with the Ministry of Women's Affairs and UNIAP successfully rescued seven Cambodian girls who were trafficked to Malaysia through Thailand for commercial and sexual exploitation. The girls have been referred to NGOs which have shelters providing life skills and vocational trainings.
- In early March 2005, PJJ in conjunction with the Governor of Koh Kong, Cambodia and the Governor of Klorng Yai District, Thailand successfully rescued a 17-year-old Cambodian girl who was trafficked to work as a sex worker in a brothel in the district of Klorng Yai. She is now taking a hair-dressing course.
- In late March 2005, PJJ in cooperation with Koh Kong anti-trafficking police rescued a 17-year-old girl from one of the biggest brothel in Koh Kong. She has been reunited with her family.
- On June 01, 2005 , with PJJ request for intervention from anti-human trafficking force of the Ministry of Interior, 13 girls, 10 of whom are underage, were rescued from the afore-mentioned brothel in Koh Kong during a raid. They have been referred to different NGO shelters where they can obtain vocational trainings.
